Wairau Environmental was established to assist local people and businesses in meeting their compliance obligations with Council's Planning and Environmental requirements.
Wairau Environmental Ltd is a Marlborough based resource management consultancy developed
to provide innovative and practical planning expertise to your project team.
As company founder and with 17 years experience in New Zealand and the UK, Alan has a broad knowledge of RMA planning and is highly is experienced in the preparation of resource consents. He has been closely involved with many urban and rural land development projects across Marlborough and assisted numerous wineries to navigate through the Council consenting process. He is an experienced expert planning witness appearing in many Council hearings and the Environment Court.
As a planning advisor he can bring local knowledge and experience to land development projects. He is also professionally accredited as a full member of the New Zealand Planning Institute.
